Cambridge Electrical Design was appointed directly by the homeowner to deliver the full electrical design for a substantial four-bedroom residential refurbishment and extension in Cambridgeshire.
The property was taken back to a shell condition, with all existing electrical services stripped out. This enabled the electrical installation to be re-designed in its entirety, providing a coordinated, modern system aligned with the revised architectural layout and the client’s long-term requirements.
The commission included support through planning, tender, and construction, together with client-side design monitoring to ensure the electrical strategy was implemented as intended on site.
